How many teeth you replace
One implant can carry one tooth, and a few can carry several. The more posts and new teeth your plan needs, the more it costs.
Whether you need bone grafting first
An implant needs solid bone to hold it. If bone has shrunk where the tooth was lost, a graft rebuilds it first, and that adds a step to your plan.
Your crown material
The crown is the tooth you actually see. Materials differ in strength and finish, and your choice moves the price. Ours are made in our own Australian lab in Southport.
Whether a damaged tooth must come out first
If a broken tooth still sits in the gap, removing it is its own small procedure, planned and priced before the implant goes in.
Your sedation choice
Local numbing is part of the visit. If you choose deeper sedation for comfort, that is an extra item on your quote.

Why won't you publish a price for dental implants online?
Because one number would be wrong for most people. Implant costs move with your bone, your materials and how many teeth you replace. We publish only the prices we can promise everyone, like our $249 check-up and clean, and put the rest in a written quote after we've seen your mouth.
Will my health fund pay toward an implant?
Many funds with major dental cover pay part of the cost. How much depends on your policy and your annual limit. Bring your fund card and we'll check your cover, then claim on the spot through HICAPS so you only pay the gap.
Can I pay for implants in instalments?
Yes. Many implant patients use a 0% interest payment plan through DentiCare, on approval, so the cost spreads into smaller regular payments instead of one lump sum.
