How much is a check-up, and will there be a surprise bill?
A full check-up and clean is a fixed $249, for new and existing patients. That's a $399 value. It covers your exam, scale and clean, fluoride, and any bitewing x-rays you need. We claim your health fund on the spot, so you tap your card and pay only the gap. If anything more is needed, you get the price before we start. No surprises.
Does it hurt? I get nervous at the dentist.
A check-up is a gentle look and a few small x-rays, not drilling. Tell us you're nervous when you book and we'll go at your pace, explain everything first, and stop any time you need. For bigger treatments, calm sedation options are there if you want them.
It's been years since I went. Will you judge me?
No. Plenty of our patients hadn't been in years. There's no lecture and no shame here. We just look at where things are now and give you an honest plan, then you decide what's next.
