Are you taking new patients?
Yes. We welcome new patients at all six of our clinics. You can book online in about a minute, or call us on 1800 833 844 and we'll find a time that suits you.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Bring any health fund card you have, a list of any medicines you take, and the name of your previous dentist if you'd like your records sent over. If you have a specific worry, jot it down so you don't forget to mention it. That's all you need.
Do you take my health fund?
We work with the major funds, including nib, HCF, Westfund and Latrobe Health. If you're with another fund, you can usually still claim, and we're happy to check what your cover includes before you commit. Bring your card to your visit.
I'm nervous, what do you do for that?
Tell us you're nervous when you book, and we'll plan the visit around it. A first visit can be just a chat and a gentle look, with nothing else done until you're ready. For bigger treatments, we can talk through options to keep you comfortable, including sedation.
Can I bring my kids along?
Yes. We see the whole family, and we can often book several family members on the same day so you're not making trips back and forth. Just let us know who's coming when you book.
