What to expect
Four steps. No surprises.
- Step 1 Scan and assess
We take a scan to see how the tooth and its roots sit, and whether it needs to come out at all.
- Step 2 Plan your comfort
We explain the removal in plain words and match the right comfort option, from local numbing to sedation.
- Step 3 Gentle removal
With the area numbed, we remove the tooth as gently as possible, often quickly for straightforward cases.
- Step 4 Smooth healing
We give you clear aftercare and are here if you have any questions while it heals.
What our patients say

If you are like me and hate the dentist, this place just might change your mind
Reception was lovely! And made sure I was okay afterwards! Even booked my follow up appointment the following day, coming from someone who avoided the dentist for years.
Kyle was the first dentist who took me seriously.
Individual results vary.
Wisdom teeth questions
Do all wisdom teeth need to come out?
No. If a wisdom tooth has room, is healthy and easy to clean, it can often stay. We only recommend removal when one is causing pain, infection, decay or crowding, or a scan shows it is likely to. We will give you a straight answer.
Will it hurt?
The removal is done with the area fully numbed, so you should not feel pain during it. For trickier teeth or if you are anxious, we offer sedation. Afterwards there can be some soreness, managed with simple pain relief and clear aftercare.
Can I be sedated?
Yes. We offer sedation options from light relaxation to deeper sleep, matched to you and the difficulty of the tooth, so the day is calm and comfortable.
What is recovery like?
Most people take it easy for a day or two with soft food and simple pain relief. We give you clear aftercare to keep the healing smooth, and we are here if anything worries you.
