We look at how your teeth and jaw are coping and confirm whether grinding is the cause.
- Step 2 Scan your bite
We take a digital scan so your splint is made to fit your teeth and bite exactly.
- Step 3 Fit your splint
We fit the custom night splint and adjust it so it's comfortable enough to wear every night.
- Step 4 Protect and review
We check in to make sure your jaw and headaches are easing and your teeth are protected.

Grinding & splint questions
How do I know if I grind my teeth?
Common signs are a sore or tired jaw in the morning, tension headaches, teeth that look flat or worn, or a partner who hears the grinding. We can also spot the wear pattern at a check-up.
Will a splint stop the headaches?
For many people, yes. By taking the grinding force onto the splint and easing the strain on the jaw muscles, a well-fitted splint often reduces the morning headaches and jaw soreness.
Is a custom splint better than a chemist one?
Much better. Shop guards are bulky and fit poorly, so people stop wearing them. A custom splint is made to your bite, so it's slim, comfortable and actually worn, which is what protects your teeth.
