How we fit your device
Four steps. No surprises.
- Step 1 Talk it through
We listen to what's happening with your sleep and snoring and explain whether a dental device is likely to help.
- Step 2 Scan and design
We scan your teeth and design a custom appliance to your bite, working with your doctor where sleep apnoea is involved.
- Step 3 Fit and adjust
We fit the device and fine-tune the jaw position until it's comfortable and effective.
- Step 4 Check in
We follow up to make sure you, and whoever shares your room, are sleeping better.
What our patients say
They really prioritise communication, and will debrief with you after each consult, showing you photos and x-rays and explaining everything comprehensively.
Kyle was the first dentist who took me seriously.
Reception was lovely! And made sure I was okay afterwards! Even booked my follow up appointment the following day, coming from someone who avoided the dentist for years.
Thank you so much for making my experience relaxed fun and more importantly affordable.
Individual results vary.

Snoring & sleep questions
Is a dental device better than a CPAP machine?
Neither is simply better, they suit different people. CPAP is very effective for moderate-to-severe sleep apnoea. A dental device is a comfortable, easy-to-live-with option for snoring and milder apnoea, with no mask or hose. We'll help you work out what fits, alongside your doctor.
Will it stop my snoring?
For many people it makes a real difference by holding the jaw forward and keeping the airway open. Results vary from person to person, and we adjust the device to get the best result for you.
Do I need a sleep study first?
If sleep apnoea is suspected, yes, a sleep study and your doctor help confirm what's going on so the right treatment is chosen. For simple snoring, we can often help more directly. We'll guide you on the right path.
Is it comfortable to wear?
It's custom-made to your mouth, so it's far more comfortable than an off-the-shelf device, and we adjust it until it feels right. Most people get used to it quickly.
