After moving to the Gold Coast in 2016, Phine began her career in the dental industry and quickly discovered a genuine passion for the field. She has since gained extensive experience across both the clinical and administrative sides of dentistry, developing the leadership skills to guide her team with confidence.

As Practice Manager, Phine is committed to ensuring the practice operates smoothly each day. She values clear communication, organisation, and attention to detail, creating a supportive and positive environment for both patients and staff. Her focus is on delivering an exceptional experience where every patient feels comfortable and well cared for.

Outside of work, Phine enjoys music and spending quality time with her partner and children, bringing the same warmth and dedication into the workplace.
