  • The $199 is a fixed fee for this promotion, if you choose to decline some of the services included in the promotion, the fee will not be changed

  • Any additional amount paid by your health insurance is dependent on your insurance fees and is not reimbursable to you, in cash or as a credit, or to your fund

Complimentary Implant Consultation

What’s Included:

Your complimentary implant consultation package includes:

  • Appointment with an experienced dentist
  • Comprehensive oral health and gum assessment
  • 5D facial planning, including advanced radiographic imaging (CBCT and RAYFace technology)
  • Clinical intraoral and extraoral photography
  • Digital intraoral scan (digital impression of your teeth and bite)
  • A follow-up detailed treatment planning consultation to review all diagnostic records and discuss personalised treatment options
  • Opportunity to ask questions regarding dental implants and alternative tooth replacement options
  • Provision of estimated treatment costs and expected treatment timeframes (final costs confirmed prior to treatment)
What’s Not Included:
  • No dental treatment or surgical procedures are included as part of the complimentary implant consultation package.
  • Same-day treatment is not included in this offer and must be separately scheduled and paid for if appropriate.
  • Specialist treatment outside of Enhanced Dental Studios (if referral is required).
  • Transfer of diagnostic records to external providers (administration fees may apply).
  • The offer is not available for patients without missing teeth or for general dental, cosmetic, orthodontic, or unrelated consultations.
Other Information You Should Know
  • This offer is available to new and existing patients of Enhanced Dental Studios who have one or more missing teeth and are considering dental implant treatment.
  • The complimentary consultation package is limited to one per person.
  • The consultation is provided for assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning purposes only.
  • If you choose to proceed with treatment, this will require separate booking, informed consent, and payment.
  • All diagnostic records taken (including CBCT scans, facial scans, photographs and digital impressions) remain the property of Enhanced Dental Studios. Copies may be provided upon request and may incur an administrative fee.
  • Treatment suitability is determined at the sole professional discretion of the dentist. Not all patients are suitable candidates for dental implants. Alternative treatment options will be discussed where clinically appropriate.
  • Implant treatment is a surgical procedure and carries risks. These risks and potential complications will be discussed prior to proceeding with any treatment.
  • Treatment plans and cost estimates are based on clinical findings at the time of assessment and may change if additional conditions are identified.
  • Treatment typically requires multiple appointments over several months.
  • If you have private health insurance, you may be eligible for rebates depending on your level of cover. We recommend confirming your entitlements directly with your health fund.
  • Enhanced Dental Studios reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without notice.
  • By booking and attending the complimentary implant consultation, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

 

$50 Deposit for Complimentary Consultations

What's included:
  • A complimentary consultation to discuss your dental concerns and potential treatment options.
Deposit Details:
  • A $50 deposit is required to secure your complimentary consultation appointment. This deposit will be refunded to you within 48 hours after attending the consultation.
Other information you should know:
  • This offer is available to new and existing patients of Enhanced Dental Studios.
  • The deposit is required to secure your appointment and cannot be redeemed for cash or other services.
  • If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

 

In-chair Tooth Whitening

What's included:
  • Teeth whitening consultation
  • In-chair teeth whitening
  • Impressions for teeth whitening take home trays
  • 3x syringes of a recommended whitening gel
Other information you should know:
  • Tooth whitening refers to In chair tooth whitening and custom take home whitening trays
  • Your health fund must include coverage for tooth whitening procedures to be eligible for a rebate on this claim
  • Your health fund must cover a minimum amount of $399 for In chair whitening with take home trays for this to be GAP FREE
  • Patient is responsible in paying any gap payment up to $399 for the special
  • The $399 is a fixed fee for this promotion, if you choose to decline some of the services included in the promotion, the fee will not be changed
  • If you have a private health insurance your insurance must pay a minimum of $399.00 for this service, if your insurance does not cover this amount you will be responsible for any fees up to this amount
  • Any additional amount paid by your health insurance is dependent on your insurance fees and is not reimbursable to you, in cash or as a credit, or to your fund
  • All health funds determine the rebate payable. This is at your health funds discretion and dependent on the fund provider and your policy
  • Your Dental Practitioner will assess your suitability for tooth whitening and the recommended tooth whitening treatment for your dental status. Not all patients are suitable. If you are deemed not suitable for tooth whitening you are not eligible for this offer. Your suitability is at the Dental Practitioner’s professional discretion and with your safety in mind
  • If your dental practitioner identifies any dental disease, you may need to have this treated prior to being eligible for this offer. This is in the interest of patient safety
  • Results will vary and risks will be advised by your Dental Practitioner prior to treatment
  • By booking and attending the in-chair tooth whitening appointment you are consenting to the appointment and T&Cs listed

 

Complimentary Orthodontic Consultation

What's included:
  • A complimentary consultation to discuss treatment options to improve the way the teeth and jaws function, the persons smile or appearance, straighten crooked or misaligned teeth, fix bad bites and make sure the jaws are correctly aligned
  • Opportunity for you to ask our experienced dentists any questions you may have about the treatment options
  • Provide you with approximate costs for treatment (to be confirmed following a comprehensive examination if you decide to proceed with treatment)
  • Provide you with treatment details and timeframes
What's NOT included:
  • No dental treatment is conducted during an orthodontic consultation
  • Examination, X-rays and customised treatment plans are not included in the complimentary consultation
  • Additional consultations if required
Other information you should know:
  • This offer is available to new or existing patients of Enhanced Dental Studios
  • The offer is for one complimentary consultation, up to 30 minutes, per person
  • The complimentary consultation offer cannot be redeemed for cash or other services
  • Your dental treatment planning and dental treatment may require multiple appointments over a period of time
  • If a comprehensive examination and X-rays are required, costs will be communicated during your appointment
  • It is at our dentist’s professional opinion to determine if you are a suitable candidate for dental treatment and whether treatment can be provided at Enhanced Dental Studios
  • Results will vary between patients and there are risks associated with health care procedures. This will be discussed with you prior to any treatment
  • If you are not a suitable candidate for treatment at Enhanced Dental Studios, we will provide an appropriate referral which will be at your cost
  • If you have private health insurance you may be eligible for rebates for your dental treatment, however this is dependent on your health fund policy and level of cover. Enhanced Dental Studios recommend you confirm this with your health fund when considering dental treatment
  • By booking and attending the complimentary orthodontic consultation you are consenting to the appointment and T&Cs listed
