Dr Avin Mohemmed

Dr. Avin completed a Bachelor of Dental Health Science and a Master of Dentistry at Griffith University School of Dentistry and Medicine, where her academic prowess was recognized with the Griffith Academic Excellence Award.

Fluent in English, Arabic, and Kurdish, Avin’s linguistic skills enable her to connect with a diverse range of patients. She is passionate about all areas of dentistry, particularly oral surgery, and prosthodontics. Her approach is centred around involving patients in their treatment decisions and ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout.

Outside of dentistry, Avin finds great joy in outdoor activities. Whether she’s hitting the gym, exploring the depths of the ocean while diving, savouring a BBQ, or unwinding on the beach, Avin cherishes the moments shared with her family and friends.
